1) In JooCart Options(Go to JooCart admin panel,Find a button named "Options" at the top-right or top-left corner.Click on it.Now see in Preferences Tab), Set "Allow Joomla Modules in JooCart: Yes" and save
2) Now you can show Joomla modules using {loadposition name_of_the_position} and {loadmodule name_of_the_module} short-codes in JooCart.
3) For example go to JooCart Admin Panel Left Side Menu->Extensions->Extensions->Modules then Install HTML Content module from there and use {loadposition name_of_the_position} and {loadmodule name_of_the_module} short-codes in this module.
4) Now assign this JooCart module as you want in JooCart Admin Panel Left Side Menu->Design->Layouts
