1) In jCart Options(Go to jCart admin panel,Find a button named "Options" at the top-right or top-left corner.Click on it.Now see in Preferences Tab), Set "Allow Joomla Modules in jCart: Yes" and save
2) Now you can show Joomla modules using {loadposition name_of_the_position} and {loadmodule name_of_the_module} short-codes in jCart.
3) For example go to jCart Admin Panel Left Side Menu->Extensions->Extensions->Modules then Install HTML Content module from there and use {loadposition name_of_the_position} and {loadmodule name_of_the_module} short-codes in this module.
4) Now assign this jCart module as you want in jCart Admin Panel Left Side Menu->Design->Layouts
